Inspired by the development of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in response to the 2001 terrorist attacks, Everett Johnson established E3 in 2004. Everett was supporting the newly formed Department in 2003 when he saw the opportunity to fill a need for professional support services. As DHS continued its evolution, Everett distinguished himself as a key contributor, supporting business processes within the acquisition and program management areas.
