McLean, VA – E3 Federal Solutions, LLC is pleased to announce the 2016 annual employee award recipients – Carrie Jowers (E3 Senior Analyst) received the Ryan McArdle Peer Award, and Kelley Flores (E3 Associate) was named the Employee of the Year.

The Ryan McArdle Peer Award recognizes an employee each year for providing excellent service to the client, for helping and supporting fellow employees, and for demonstrating E3’s core values. Ryan McArdle, one of E3's first employees to support one of E3’s GSA clients, passed away unexpectedly. He was a tremendous worker who contributed immensely to the client's mission; as a company, we chose to honor Ryan by naming our Peer Award after him.

Carrie Jowers was nominated for the Ryan McArdle Peer Award by one of her colleagues for her exceptional support at the corporate office. In addition to going above and beyond in her daily tasks as the Office Manager, Carrie oversees and administers the E3 Cares program, ensuring the program has ample support throughout the year to give the E3 family a chance to participate and give back to our communities.

The E3 Employee of the Year Award recognizes an employee on an annual basis for demonstrating superior performance, for providing excellent support to the client and to E3, and for exemplifying E3’s core values.

Kelley Flores was nominated for the Employee of the Year Award by an E3 Manager for supporting two programs at the Department of Homeland Security. She also supports various strategic and corporate initiatives, including marketing/communications, quality management, service offerings, and E3 Cares. Kelley elevates the quality of work of those around her by setting a high standard of excellence for herself while promoting a sense of family both inside and outside of E3.
