McLean, VA – E3 Federal Solutions, LLC was recently awarded a Task Order under the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Technical, Engineering, Administrative, and Management Support (TEAMS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support to the Joint Capability Technology Demonstration (JCTD) Office within the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD).  During this five-year, firm-fixed price (FFP) Task Order, E3 will provide strategic planning support; capabilities assessment and technical evaluation; project management, integration, and execution support; administrative support; and financial management support.  

The JCTD program supports the identification, development, and demonstration of military-critical capabilities that address Department of Defense (DoD) Service, and Combatant Command strategic priorities and shortfalls.  E3 will support the JCTD program in its mission to rapidly prototype potential technology capabilities that will directly impact our warfighters and contribute to the safety and security of the U.S. and its allies.

E3 will bring an agile team consisting of individuals from the technical, operational, and acquisition communities to directly align to the main pillars of the JCTD Program.  Further, E3 has formed a team of like-minded partners who can quickly adapt to an ever-changing threat landscape that will require forward-thinking and innovation to maintain a technical advantage over our adversaries.
