McLean, VA – E3 Federal Solutions, LLC announced it has been selected by the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to provide Program, Project, and Engineering Services (PPES) to the Office of Administration (OA), Facilities, Management, and Engineering (FM&E) Branch. This contract continues the support E3 has provided to this organization since 2013.

CBP is responsible for safeguarding America's borders by protecting the public from dangerous people and materials. CBP also enhances the Nation's global economic competitiveness by enabling legitimate trade and travel. The FM&E branch provides the coordination of all real and personal property management functions within CBP, in addition to the related aspects of financial management and budgeting, logistical support, building management services, investment planning, and life cycle management of real property.  E3 and its team of subcontractors, including Redhorse Corp., Strategic Analysis Inc., Logistics Management Inc., Sev1Tech Inc., Cherokee Nation Technology Solutions, Eagle Hill Consulting, and PrimCorp, LLC, will provide the program, project, and engineering services supporting the function of FM&E and the mission of CBP.

Through this contract, Team E3 will provide support to CBP’s FM&E offices nationwide to conduct full spectrum of program and project management support necessary to plan, evaluate, construct, sustain, manage, maintain and dispose of PMO projects and real property. The PMO’s real property assets managed are valued at over $4.4B and encompass approximately 9.8M square feet of facilities and infrastructure.  Our unified team will provide subject matter experts in the areas of project management and oversight, mission support, construction management, facility operations management, cost estimation, training and facilitation support, leasing and real estate support, architectural and design services and overall planning and coordination of all real property activities.
